Overview
The SAJF is an international open access and double-blind peer reviewed journal focusing on the areas of finance in South Asian region. It is published bi-annually (June and December).
Aim and Scope
South Asian Journal of Finance (SAJF) aims to publish cutting-edge research of finance in South Asian region. It is committed to foster practical issues of finance and also advancing theoretical concerns in finance research. The journal provides a platform to exchange of information, debate and disseminate the knowledge in several areas of finance for finance academics, finance professionals, government and financial institutions throughout the world.

SAJF does not charge any processing or publication fees.
Frequency
Biannually.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. There is no embargo on the journal’s publications. Submission and acceptance dates, along with publication dates, are made available on the PDF format for each paper.
Authors of articles published remain the copyright holders.
Copyright
The copyright of all work published in the SAJF remain with the author(s). Authors are required to grant a license to the publisher, the Department of Finance, Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Kelaniya to publish the research work in the South Asian Journal of Finance in all forms of media, either specified or modified later.
The author(s) have the right to publish the work in all forms of media, whether already known or hereafter modified, with the acknowledgement that the work was first published in the South Asian Journal of Finance.

Publisher
SAJF is published and funded by the Department of Finance, Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Kelaniya. However, the administration of the Department does not involve in the editorial decision making of the SAJF which is vested solely in the Editorial Board of the journal.
