Copyright policy
Upon acceptance of an article for publication in the journal, authors will receive a request to fill out a "Journal Publishing Agreement." An email will be sent to the primary author acknowledging receipt of the manuscript, along with the agreement form or a link to an online version. The publisher will retain sole authority for publishing the article, ensuring that the submitted work is original, unpublished previously, and not being considered for publication elsewhere.
Author Rights
The authors who publish with JMTR are subjected to the following rights and prohibitions:

Reuse their own content in new creations without getting permission or getting paid (as long as they give the original article full credit):
1. Extend an article to book length.
2. Contribute an article to a later collection of their own works. 3. Reuse sections, passages, and their own tables or figures in other writings. |

Use and distribute their writings for educational purposes (with due credit to the original contribution):
1. In their own teaching in the classroom distribution of copies both electronically and physically is allowed. 2. When delivering a speech at a conference, an author can display the work and provide copies to the participants. 3. Share the paper with their pupils and known research colleagues via email for their own personal usage. 4. Add to a dissertation or thesis (as long as it's not released for purchase) 5. Distribute copies of their article for non-commercial purposes |

Institution Rights
The published papers may be used for internal training and classroom instruction by the authors' institutions. Articles are not limited to the author; they may be utilized for the following purposes by the author's institution as well:
• Electronic and physical copies can be given for internal training and classroom instruction.
